Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change if additional work is required.

A minimum service fee may apply.

Additional time and materials will be billed accordingly.

Scheduling

We provide estimated arrival windows, not exact appointment times.

Delays may occur due to prior jobs or unforeseen circumstances.

Payments

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

We accept multiple forms of payment, including online payments.

A 3% discount may be applied for cash or check payments (if applicable to your policy).

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling when possible.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind our workmanship; however, warranties may vary depending on materials and scope of work.

MerCo Electric is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues outside our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to work areas.

Customers are responsible for securing pets and notifying us of any hazards.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MerCo Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
